I started using stick items in my hair back in high school, which first started with pencils then short red chopsticks, and finally to a pair of my favorite fancy, decorative hair sticks.

After having them for so many years, I was so disappointed when the last one had finally

worn out, so I decided to 

start making them for myself, friends and family. 

I always found it so simple to throw my hair in

a bun, yet have an elegant look at the same time.

 

They are a must have in every color!

 

The hair sticks come in two finished sizes of approximately 5½ inches and 7 inches.

If you have shorter and finer hair, you will most likely prefer the 5½ inch sticks which are made from various woods including Philippine Daca and Gray woods. The 7 inch stick is made from either Acacia or Natural wood from India and is preferred by those with longer, thicker hair. 

 

How to Wear: 

Fasten your hair loosely in an elastic band, add a twist and secure with one or two hair sticks

of your choice.
